Led by Brenda James, James Virtual Alliance is an emerging company partnering with Arise to empower more people to work from home. We focus on contracting customer support professionals (call, chat, email, or technical support) for a variety of businesses.

What Are Service Partners?
Service partners sign up to use the Arise Platform by registering their business. Arise only contract with Independent Business Owners. There will be an option to join James Virtual Alliance, LLC an existing call center on the Arise Platform.
Once registered, service partners then review and select the client opportunity that works best for them and take a certification course that will prepare them to provide customer support for that client.
Upon successful completion of the certification course, service partners sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity.

It’s really very simple. You want to work in the customer support business on your own terms and the Arise Platform provides the technology to make that happen. How? By connecting you with the technology and support that allows you to do the work you want to do—on your terms. No office, no boss, your schedule.
How It Works
As a service partner, you provide customer support services from the comfort of your home, creating your own schedule and having the freedom and flexibility to spend more time with your family, work outside of your home, or whatever makes you happy. When using the platform, you are your own boss. You are not an employee of Arise or the clients you service.
